Juice Bar/Smoothie Bar Equipment?!

Question: Juice Bar/Smoothie Bar Equipment?
I'm looking to start my own Smoothie/Juice Bar and have started doing research for equipment to use....Geex, there are soo many choices.

So if any of you out there work at a Smoothie/Juice Bar or cafe type deal I'd love for you to chime in.

I'd like to know what brand or manufacturer do companies use. If you're an employee at Starbucks, Jamba Juice, Panera Bread, Etc...could you take a look at the brand name of the following:

Blenders
Juicers
Coffee Maker (not the cappecina, latte, foam thing, just a regular coffee maker)
refrigerators/freezer
Soup Warmers
ice machine.

and anything else I may have forgotten

Thanks

Great, lets get started!!!

Based on my former work in my Town Bakery Shop I would highly suggest:

Blender? Blend-tec Blender. That blender is just amazing, and its shelf life is very huge! And it can process almost anything. Here check this video.http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lAl28d6tb…
or it that is difficult, buy a black and decker. It has good endurance.

Juicer? Jack LaLanne Power Juicer. It is little, but yet powerful and comes with a fair price . http://www.powerjuicer.com/

Refrigerator? Freezer? Kenmore! It is one of the best brands. Might be a little expensive but it has an incredible shelf life and a good performance.

Soup Warmers? Basically, any 7 quart dry type soup warmer will do. And if you plan to make more than 2 types of soup, then be prepared with two of them. Why dry type? easy! This one does not require water or liquid to operate which makes it more easier.

Ice Machine? Search for one that makes cubed ice, slushed ice and '' purifies water. Although you can get a refrigerator that can do all those and plus, store groceries, any of the both can be great.

You might be forgetting a cash register, please with the key and security code, a safe box, some advertising cards, utensils ( plastic or stainless steel?) plastic are great, you can discard them after use but they can be a little expensive to buy all the time, but stainless steel is one time big inversion but they will last a long time. cups ( Again, plastic or stainless steel?) Plates? Chairs and tables? or will it be a more like buy and go?

Best of luck!!

My own!!! Used to work as a teenager in a Town Bakery Shop.
