what is the cream in milk?!


Question: What is the cream in milk?
i know milk is like 90% water, but what is it that makes the cream? like dry milk powder, u just add water.

Milk is an emulsion liquid. It is water,lactose, protein and the cream is the just tiny gglobulesof fat suspended in the liquid.
