Can i water down soda and juice to make them more healthy?!

Question: Can i water down soda and juice to make them more healthy?
I know just drinking water is the better option but it has no flavor and my body is too used to soda and juice so i need to gradually get away from them. I want to eventually only drink water but should i just do this as a start?

Well...you can always check the nutrition on the drinks.
100% fruit juice and 7-up with all 100% natural flavors is the best choice.

I used to drink a six pack of diet coke a day and tried forever to stop drinking soda but kept going back to it. I finally got off soda completely by buying sparkling water and pouring about half a cup of fruit juice in it to flavor it. That worked for me. It's fizzy, it has taste, and it's way healthier than soda. I also started drinking Sobe water instead of buying soda when I go to meetings, school, etc and I'm not at home. Hopefully, it will work for you too.

Yes, I do this. I don't drink soda, but I imagine that it would not be good if you tried to water it down. I would just limit my soda intake. I do water down juices a lot, though. Not too much, though; it will end up tasting pretty much like water. Another thing that I also do is crush oranges in my water. It's not orange juice, but it's a great tip if you want to increase your water intake.

Yes you can! Soda might not taste to good, and i do water down my juice in the morning so that i consume less Sugar. but i recommend putting in Gatorade powder into you water, you can buy it at you local store, and it taste good!

There will never be anything healthy about either soda or juice. Do not think of them as healthy.

But if it helps you drink less of them, go for it.

dude, just drink water
