How can I make black coffee taste good...?!

Question: How can I make black coffee taste good...?
I am vegan so I don't add any cream or any of that to my coffee, I like to keep it black just because it's healthier anyway. What's the best black coffee and how can I make it taste good...with no milk or anything?

Is it possible? It's just so gross, I have to force it down my throat and hold my nose just to drink it lol. I really need the caffeine!!

Thanks!

Amy,

May I ask why you do not choose to use dairy products? I ask because when a food is allowed in God's Word from front to back. When this food is actually used to describe God's love for us, milk. I tend to wonder if you have some profound reason to not use it.

God's Word allows for us to eat cattle and I do not eat it. I eat fowl and fish. Dairy. But I will not consume the flesh of any being that understands mercy.

If a human loses their child, these creatures raise the children as their own many times. This gives us feral children. The wolf mother will feed the human children their milk and the children will become strong from it. I am against all forms of torture to creatures that understand torture.

Milking a cow is not torturing it. Organic milk is not only good for you, it is vital. This is one of those cases where you have to trust your eye. Look at folks who have been vegan for years and very few have what could be called rugged and durable physiques.

This is not to say they are not waaaay more healthy than people sucking down burgers and swine their whole life, but they lack something that anyone can see.

I'm not trying to judge you one bit. Believe me, you not funding animal slaughter is a virtue. It makes me smile so much to meet another humane eater. I just want to hear your reasoning behind not partaking of dairy products.

Ok, a teaspoon of sugar has 15 calories, and you probably will use one or two. No big deal. Secondly, the Dunkin' Donuts brand coffee is surprisingly amazing and smooth tasting and I know you can find it easily and anywhere. By the way I brew strong coffee so maybe that enhances taste too, and keeps it from tasting like bitter water. Good luck!

Experience

Get better coffee. Experiment with brewing techniques (French press, stove top boiler, aeropress), as some create smoother, easier to drink coffee.

If you're simply after the caffeinated/energy hit, I would suggest trying Oolong, Black or Green teas. The energy hit of Tea also sticks with you longer.

Vanilla soymilk or Almond milk. Almond milk tastes like vanilla too.

Stevia might have some bad side effects, no one really knows yet.

add carmel! They have imitation milk substitutes and creamers. I dont drink coffee anymore but I could never handle it black!

Maybe you can add some sugar to it.

Stop drinking coffee go to coke zero caffeine but no sugar!!!!!! SCORE!!!!!

Add soymilk

Soy
