Question: Do Energy Drinks Do This To You!!?? 10 points!?
Whenever i drink an energy drink i get real dizzy, and my heart pounds so hard and repeatedly that i seriously feel like im gonna die! I can barely walk when i drink them. I start shaking and get real cold also! And i feel very nauseous, and eventually puke.(then i feel better)... Do they do this to you or anybody you know? You shouldn't drink energy drinks. Energy drinks have lots of sugar and legal herbal stimulants. Aside from caffeine being extremely addictive, it's a stimulant and a diuretic. Being a stimulant, caffeine can make you have anxiety attacks, heart palpitations, and insomnia. When drinking a lot of it, it can make you jittery and bitchy. And as a diuretic, it causes your kidneys to flush out excessive amounts of fluid, so if you are exercising and decide to hydrate with an energy drink, don't because when you sweat, you lose much fluid and it can severely dehydrate you.
I would go with coffee, because although it still contains caffeine, it's not as harmful. But in the end, you need rest and should try to get the right amount. Try going to sleep earlier and such.

Energy drinks are looaaddeeddd with sugar and extra non-essential vitamins. Your body has a very negative reaction to such large amounts, and starts shaking in order to burn the sugar as fast as possible. It happens to alot of people. I would recommend staying away from them!

It probably has something to do with heart palpitations, which occur for some people when they have to much caffeine. Stay away from those energy drinks!

WARNING!!!...

You better stop taking those energy drinks, they can, and have given people HEART ATTACKS...
