Regular Coffee has more caffeine than tea: http://www.nottinghall.com/Caffeine%20Co… Decaf has about the same. Decaf does not mean NO caffeine, only that most has been removed (about 97% from coffee).

Green Tea contains fluoride which is bad for the thyroid: http://foodnhealth.wordpress.com/2008/06…

Both have benefits, but both can potentially cause issues if overdone. I like both, but coffee is my drink of choice.

I'm thinkin' pure tea because it has antioxidants, less caffeine etc. Plus, idk why or what it is, but when I drink tea as opposed to coffee... it helps to soothe my throat and coffee makes my voice raspy after a while.
I drink both. My average morning consists of either coffee or tea with peanut butter toast. :3

Both are good. It only depends on which time of the day you drink it. Coffee contains a stimulant called caffeine which is good to keep you awake. So that's why we have bedcoffee and not bedtea. Tea is better for a late afternoon sip or when you throw up an evening party. Now that explains why you have Tea Party and not Coffee Party.

Tea is better for your health, especially green tea, which is backed up by research data.
