You could be lactose intolerant. Being able to eat yoghourt, cheese and ice cream doesn't mean you are not lactose intolerant. What you describe is typical for lactose intolerance and if you are lactose intolerant you won't be able to cope with goats milk either.
I am lactose intolerant and can't drink ordinary milk, I can eat "real" yoghourt (live) and cheese in moderation and as most ice creams bear as much relation to milk and cream as I do to the Queen it is fine. Also I can't take ordinary milk first thing in the morning but I can have milk in coffee if I drink it after a meal. So taking it on an empty stomac also makes a difference.
My advice - don't drink milk. Try lactose reduced milk, soya milk or grain milks like rice milk.
Assume its cows milk making you feel sick.
Cows milk does not have the probiotics we need to digest it properly. Only human milk has the correct ingredients for humans.

you sound like you have sings of lactose intolerance of non caltered milk because cheese, yogurt, caltering process may nuteralise the reactint causing the nasea and the frizzing process may make the reactiont become inert.
You probably have not drunk milk regularly over your life and lost your tolerance to the stuff.
Some people's national diets treat milk as only for babies and they have difficulty drinking the stuff when adults.
E.g Africans..
Maybe its just a sensitivity to milk I would suggest trying soymilk. The eighth Generation brand iws the best on the market.I was going through the same problem as you my friend until i switched to eight generation vanilla soymilk..Yummy so good!!
Maybe your lactose intolerant. Not in the toilet trouble way but im lactose intolerant where if i have too much dairy or eat/ drink a dairy product too fast i feel like i want to vomit.
maybe it's the cow milk specifically? have you ever tried goat's milk :D
