Will you grow faster if you drink water before going to bed?!

Question: Will you grow faster if you drink water before going to bed?
My friend said that if you drink 6 to 8 ounces within 10 minutes of going to bed, you will grow an inch in 6 months. He said this was because when you lie down you strech out and water helps make room so you will grow faster than normal. Does anyone know if this is true???

How tall you grow depends on your traits... To grow you basically stay healthy... Drinking water is part of staying healthy but I dont think it will make you grow... Plants grow if you water them before bed..

I think I saw something like that in a book that stated or quoted tips on how to increase height. Well, the reality here is that the thing you've mention might work, but, when you stop drinking water all nights and one day you really start getting that water out, you will have the one inch less in your stature. I say that IT might work because the spinal cord, which is the one that gives posture definition to your body will be hydrated and thus, your spine will be tough and strong, making you appear or portray a higher you. In deed, I was also part of the people who wanted to be higher and bought elevator shoes ( Nice way to look higher) by putting gel insoles in shoes to appear higher but the thing here is to accept who you really are believe me ( High people want to be little and little people want to be higher) so accept who you are and you will be HAPPIER than a person who might be tall as a palm but isn't.

Hope it worked!!

My own!! I was also a person who wanted to be taller but later on, realized that height is it NOT that important.

No, unless you were severely dehydrated before you went to bed, but an inch is a lot to attribute to water stretching.
