A glass of warm milk at bedtime may be comforting, but there's little evidence that it actually helps you fall asleep. In fact, there are no specific foods that help you sleep better.
I doesn't make me sleepy, actually, I think it's really gross. I normally read before I go to sleep. And try to avoid watching T.V. or using the computer for like, an hour before you go to sleep because the lights wake up your brain.

about half a regular drinking cup of warm milk will probably work,if not,try chamomile tea,make sure you pee b4 you go to bed though...
It's won't work miracles but if you have been up long enough it might help you to relax and sleep.
