What were some positive aspects of Coca Cola in the 1800's?!


Question: What were some positive aspects of Coca Cola in the 1800's?
I'm working on this essay, and I just need to know what some positive aspects of Coca Cola were, and if you have a webpage, that'd be great (:

There was nothing positive about Coca~Cola then or Coca~Cola now.
The only difference was when it was created it contained a minute amount of extract of the cocoa leaf( which at the time was legal).
When the FDA came into being( about 1903 or so) it became illegal and Coke removed the cocoa leaf extract.
Also remember that it's loaded with sugars( High fructose corn syrup) and coloring.
What can be good about it?
