its a fruit juice with no healthy substance. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED (get a packet of kiwi-strawberry and a packet of watermelon kool-aid and mix it together...its like sex in a pitcher)

Really? Never had Koolaide? Crazy I thought everyone has had it before. LoL. Yeah definitely horrible for you but so delicious. The premixed is always better but if you buy the packets don't forget to read the label (you have to add your own sugar). I remember the first time I ever made my own Koolaide... had no idea about the sugar part. I was like "Oh man why does this taste like ***?" All the sugar would give me headaches though and I was gaining weight like crazy so I started using 1 cup Splenda and one cup real sugar. It helped with the headaches and the weight. LoL. Eventually I just cut Koolaide out all together. I was spending way too much money on sugar. LoL
If a donkey ate rhubarb and then had a wee-wee, the result would be very similar to koolade.
