tea isn't a cure, so just drink all the hot tea you can to hydrate your body. i recommend green, ginger, white, and oolong.

When I have a sore throat I boil a few slices of ginger in 1&1/2 cups water for about ten minutes, add a heaping spoonful of honey and a teaspoon of apple cider vinegar.

I don't think this drink or any other tea will help with sinus issues or a headache but it really helps with a sore throat and nausea. If you breathe in the steam while you boil the ginger, that will help with the sinuses.

Mint tea will help clear your head somewhat, though what you really need is some Hot and Sour Soup with a spoonful of white miso stirred into it.
Thyme tea will also help but don't drink more than 2 cups a day.

I would say peppermint the mint opens up your nasal cavity so you can breath and with a little bit of sugar it won't over whelm you.

Mint tea

with a few shots of Bourbon!

Mark Twain told me so

Chamomile with lemon and honey.
That's by far the best.

Plain tea with honey.

Mint tea.

i think the green tea is the best
