Everyone is right in saying that you should call poison control. Although it also depends on how much you consumed.
In the mean time, drink LOTS of water and something acidic such as apple juice or milk. The reaction between the acidic substance and alkaline substance (bleach) will result in a salt and water being formed, which will neutralize some of the bleach.
