coffee is never good for you.

I would think yes : )
Coffee without additives is almost a zero to no calorie drink.. add cream or sugar and it's another story. Coffee is one of those things that's good and bad for you.. It's all in how you take it and how much and how often you drink it.
Did you know that some personal trainers tell you to drink one small cup of coffee before working out? It helps build muscle faster is what they say.
Anyway.. coffee is loaded in antioxidants too! That's a good thing ; )
I read an article yesterday also that says coffee may help fight diabetes.. Just be careful because it isn't so great for the heart in large doses.
Still.. I drink it every morning! With just a wee bit of cream ; )

That is kind of a loaded question. Drinking coffee is one thing. Adding anything to that changes the equation. Nothing you add will make it better. The best you can do is offset something.

It's the same as asking, "Is it healthier for me to drink my water plain?"

healthier? no, less fattening? yes, most definitely

Always. Everything else just adds calories.

All depends on what you are going to add. Cream, sugar - shoot of whiskey. Define.
