Is unsweetened brewed tea good for you?!

Question: Is unsweetened brewed tea good for you?
Answers:

Yes! Unsweetened tea is very good for you, and it's a lot healthier if you brew it yourself. Bottled tea, which has been brewed long ago, before it was packaged, has a lot of the beneficial chemicals break down, and is thus not terribly healthy, even if it's unsweetened.

Brewing your own tea is the way to go.

I also recommend buying loose-leaf tea: it tends to be much better quality than most tea in tea bags.

Of course. But too much tea with caffeine would be a little too much. Too much is never good. Portions are good.
