Water: Is it true that?!

Question: Water: Is it true that?
I have heard that if you drink lots of water for a while (if you didn't drink much before), this can make you lose "water weight" and make things like your face look less swelled?

Has this ever happened to anyone? Or, does anyone know whether it's true?

Thank you.

Answers:

Drinking more water over time will help you lose weight, yes. But drinking a whole lot quickly to get rid of water weight especially in your face, makes no sense. You'd put on more at first and eventually start to lose it. Water helps with digestion and the clearing out of pores and such. So drink up! But not all at once.

where did you hear that?lol Hmm water is really good for your body. makes your body hydrated.

would you just gain more water weight?
