Question: Does drinking canned juice give you enough water intake?
Does drinking can juice count for water intake, or is it expected of us to actually consume 8 ounces of straight water?

well juices are packed with tons of sugars and atificial ingredients. you can dress up water with adding a lemon wedge or another fruit, but you need WATER. also, 8 oz of water is not enough to consume in 1 day, you are supposed to have eight 8 oz glasses of water per day.... which is 64 0z, which is about 2 quarts....



NO! I don't suggest drinking canned juice because it usually has a lot of sugar in it and they suggest adding water to it actually! You need to drink plain water by itself-of add those packets of flavorings to it to make it taste better!



No. Water means water only. The point is to help your liver and kidneys. Gotta keep em clean.
