Tamarind juice is a natural laxative. Be careful, having a glass of tamarind juice would make you spend your whole day in the loo. Drink according to your requirement......
It does depend on what's causing the constipation. A brisk walk or some stretching exercises could do the trick, especially if a glass of water has been had first.
Natural live yoghurt.
An apple.
Something very branny, but be sure to have lots of warm water aswell - all that bran can have the opposite effect on it's own.
Orange juice.
