I believe some people can be convinced by false advertisement. The company could say it is "the freshest" or "the most nutritious" and people would still buy it even without proof of their arguments.
Well with this economy? Doubtful it would be successful.
Creamline as it's called would be your best bet.
That's non homogenized milk and the cream floats to the top ( thus creamline).
That would be the only reason that anyone would pay $3.00 a quart for the milk and $1.00 deposit for the bottle( They could by a gallon for that price).
But straight from the farm "Non-homogenized" would be the only advantage. Now if they would legalize "raw" milk again, then we'd be talking shop.

If I had a family and saw any advertisement for such a service I would jump on it. We had it growing up and it was great to have a standard order 3 times a week. You could leave a list on the milk box asking them to leave any extras you needed such as butter, sour cream half & half just about anything dairy except ice cream. Now I live alone and have no need. I pour out more of a quart than I use
