Is coffee bad for kids?!


Question: Is coffee bad for kids?
I got into a Little dumb fight with my wife cause she was trying to give her little sister coffee she is 11 years old and i told her its bad but she said where did you here that from so i just wanted to confirm i know it already has a lot of caffeine in it

Coffee is ok for children in heavy moderation. One small cup would have no ill effect.

Soda is much worse, not only for the caffeine, which is in higher concentration and artificially put into it, but the vast amount of refined sugar.
