Are there any alternatives to caffine to keep you awake?!

Question: Are there any alternatives to caffine to keep you awake?
Last week I decided to stop drinking coffee. But now I feel really sleep during school as I am kind of addicted to coffee because I have been drinking it for so long.

I know this sounds like a stupid answer but the best way to stay awake is to get enough sleep!
I know most students get only about 6 hours of sleep or less (I used to sleep for 4 hours some days), but it really does make you feel terrible in school, and you always regret it.
Aim for 8 hours every night. You will feel so much better, and you will be amazed at the difference it makes in keeping you awake. If you get into the routine (it's hard if you are used to sleeping 4-6 hours) you will never drink coffee again.

If some mornings you just don't get enough sleep, make sure you eat enough food.
Stay away from fried food like eggs / bacon, and eat lots of cereal+milk.
I also heard that eating an apple in the morning is better at waking you up than drinking a cup of coffee.
Try different fruits on different mornings and see what works for you.
Fruit juice / yoghurt could also work.

Cold water
