Question: Question on the artificial sweeteners?
I know they're not good for you and that the packages say they're zero calories but are they? are they like 3 or 4? Equal? Sweet n Low? Splenda? do they have calories? if so, which kind has the least???

most sweeteners have about 4 calories per packet. but that's not why they aren't good for you. they are made from chemicals, so a lot of people dont like to eat them because they arent natural.

splenda doesnt have calories

Splenda has the least.
