Are coffee mugs with foam insulation safe to drink from?!

Question: Are coffee mugs with foam insulation safe to drink from?
I am looking to buy a 20 ounce coffee travel mug that is microwavable. Well stainless steel is out and I know there are a few ceramic ones out there. But I don't know much about the double foam insulated ones. Whether or not they are safe to drink from. You know like the teflon coated cookware that they say now flakes off and is dangerous to your health, well I don't know anything about these type coffee mugs and wonder if there is anyone out there that does. Thank you

The teflon in cookware does flakes off because of the friction of the spoons used in stirring the food. In teh drink warmers there is no friction as such the coating used remain intact as they are made to withstand high heat. Coffee mugs / warmers are safe to use.
