Question: I am trying to heat water to sell hot chocolate.?

I know I want to have my water at 140 F. I have a 4 gallon bucket that I am going to put in my pre set oven to start in the morning. How long would it take to heat a 4 gallon bucket in my oven to 140? What steps should I take?

well i dont know how much help i would be but it is a lot healthier, easier and YUMMIER if u use milk cause it just tastes AWESOMEEEEEE i am not a chem wizz so i thought this would help
