What hydrates more than water?!
I don't play extreme sports so I don't wanna drink sports drink. What else is better than water? I drink tons of water and it seems like I'm still so hydrated. I don't have diabetes and I don't eat too salty foods. Does honey water help? Any suggestions?

It may be your B12 level. The same thing happened to me and I was scared I got diabetes. When I got my blood tests, no diabetes, but almost no B12 in my system either. B12 is found mainly in dairy and meat products, so If you're a vegetarian or a vegan this is most likely it. Get a blood test, or just start taking one 1000mcg pill of B12 a day. It will work
