Virgin coconut oil.. help me please..?!

Any virgin oil is just that, the oil on the label only unless it says it is a blend. Virgin oils can be blended but it will say so and identify them on the label. If there is only one oil named, then that is the only oil you will find in the container.
As far as coconut oil, virgin, cold pressed, organic is the most flavorful and best for you. I use it in cooking and in the bath to moisturize my skin. I have two jars - on in the kitchen and one in the bath.
It is good on toast with honey or jam, to stir fry veggies, deep fry in and even in a pinch, can be used in cake recipes. The melting point is too low to use it very successfully in cookies as the cookies would generally flatten out too quickly. Next to olive and grape seed oils, it is my favorite.
