Drinking soda once every two weeks isn't bad!

I used to drink soda ALL the time. Then I just started drinking a lot of crystal light. Then I just started drinking water. Now I don't drink soda or crystal light anymore! Infact, it tastes horrible when I drink them.

Just gradually stop drinking them by limiting them by one. Don't even think about it! I didn't think about it and now I would rather have a water over soda anyday! :) Try to only drink soda when you eat something bad, like pizza or fried food. Or if you eat that all the time anyway, drink water instead xD

if its the carbonation you like, do what i do, drink bubbly water instead with a slice of lemon or lime. If its the sweetness, make your own soda by mixing a healthier juice with bubbly water.

I quit drinking soda in college and it was hard. My suggestion is to transition away with a juice drink. That way you get off the carbonation first then off the sugar. The hard one is the sugar but it helps to try and transition.

I quit a serious Mt. Dew habit by drinking club soda. I needed the carbonation, not the sugar and caffeine. You can also get cans of sparkling water by Canada Dry or Mendota Springs.

Drinking soda once every 2 weeks isn't bad. I would say instead of soda drink some juices or milks.. that would be the healthier choice for you.

ive had the same problem.

Once every two weeks is not bad at all. I used to drink 2 a day. When you feel like a soda have some carbonated water.
