Well I don't like in the UK but I don't think it's illegal.. try a wholesale club where they sell in bulk. If not, and if you've already checked the other stores (grocery, pound (dollar) stores, or even auto stores!), then try to order it online :)

You may also want to definitely consider ordering on Amazon! It comes from a warehouse, so you don't have to worry about contamination in case it's in someone's house.
