what's the difference between tea and tisane?!

Question: What's the difference between tea and tisane?
at first i thought tea came in teabags and tisanes, you had to take the leaves/herbs and make 'em sit in boiled water and yaddy-yadda... but then i found out tisanes were also sold in a form of teabags too, so what is it? and what are the pros and cons of each? thanks.

Tisane is a type of herbal tea made from anything other than leaves from a tea bush (camellia senensis). All herbal teas are not actually tea, so they're tisanes. It has nothing to do with them being sold as leaves, or in teabags. And the pros and cons would depend on the type of tea or tisane.
