what is sparkling water?!

I'm pretty sure it's just soda water. Water with the same fizzyness that sodas have just without the syrup added to it.

Sparkling water is very popular in Europe, it is just water that is fizzy, it just has gas inside of it and its like drinking the fizz of coke but the taste of , some are Gerolsteiner, Pelegriny, Schwollner Sprudel, that's the common name is "Sprudel" ( by the way, don't drink before working out or a long jog, it comes right back up)

water with sodium in it regular soda has sodium sparkling water is the water w/out the extra ingredients that makes carbonated drinks flavorful
