Only if A) you are as good looking as I am and can stop traffic, or: b) if there is something special about your lemonade.
If you get a sign that says, 'support cannabis legalization' and give 10 percent of your take to NORML then you might have a winner. If you have lemonade that is so good people will blog about it then you can make bank.
If it's a lemonade stand like a little kid would make I probably wouldn't try it. It's cute when little kids do it, but would be a little odd for an adult. Now if you where trying to open it up like starting a business in a building, might be fun to give it a shot.
