Caffeine Free Soft Drinks?!

Question: Caffeine Free Soft Drinks?
I want to stop consuming caffeine but I'm not exactly sure how much I can trust labels(i.e. I have heard decaff coffee doesn't mean caffeine free coffee). So, do soft drinks claiming to be caffeine free( Sprite, some Root Beer, etc) actually have no caffeine?

sprite, root beer, orange and grape sodas have 0 caffeine....

-- my doctor said so... so if that's wrong... i need a new doc.

Sodas, continued: Don't forget ginger ale and cream soda.
But how about juices? Much healthier. If you really like soda, buy straight club soda and add it to juice to bubble it up! You can also choose from a huge variety of natural fruit concentrates and add club soda, or even the Italian sugar syrups in many, many flavors and use them likewise. You'll never look back at Coke and Pepsi.

I drink caffiene free diet coke, and i think it affects me a lot less than normal or diet coke. I can definately taste the difference, though. It's more bland. But if you're looking for a healthier alternative I'd go with that.
