What is this weird feeling? ( to do with energy drinks? )?!

Well I am getting this weird feeling sometimes randomly. Best way tio describe it is like a tingly feeling but withought the tingling? just an irratating feeling. Well I sometimes get this felling after an energy drink ( like now ) maby due to sugar rush? I get the feeling all over my body mainly in elbow joints and knee joints and also when I need an energy drink. I am trying to quit energy drinks now because I am increasing my amount each week so now I shall stop. but this feeling is really annoying and weird. For some strange reason also, when I was in science and talking about heroin and also whil watching a program on t.v about it. I got the feeling again.

It is really strange and starting to freak me out.
