I also get sick if I drink tea, especially on an empty stomach. Black and green teas make me feel very nauseous, and I have thrown up on a couple occasions, so I don't drink it. I've read it is a common problem.

Try jasmine tea. I can drink that without getting sick.

thats bull green tea is much to weak if you add milk and sugar u only t<ASTE the milk or sugar.. its pointless to make green tea then...the point is green tea taste awesome and is refreshing but there are so many bad teas out there... most teas are produced for poor and tasteless people... abnd from the ones that are good some you dont like its really hard to find the perfect tea and im still searching... i think with u its you are maybe not used to drinking hot drinks and a whole glass might be too much for you... or you are used to it but you are hot and someone wants to sleep with u... u never know this world is a strange place to live in

Probably because you are drinking it on an empty stomach. Try eating just a little before your tea. Also, you might try making your tea a little weaker. And, I know most people don't like green tea this way, but cream and sugar will help (provided you aren't lactose intolerant).

I've read from numerous sources (Google it!) that caffeine can cause diarrhea in some people because it stimulates the intestine. Even if you don't get diarrhea then I assume that it can cause milder effects such as the nauseousness.

ive been feeling a little nauseated after tea too. i dont know it its green tea,. maybe its expired, or like they said.. dont drink in on an empty(or full ) stomac. maybe change the brand of tea.

maybe because it taste like crap you just drink it because they say its good for you.

Teas and coffee make a lot of people feel ill. Maybe its the bitterness.
