ocean spray diet cranberry juice help with....?!
ok so im trying to make my female juices sweeter, and im wondering if this cranberry juice helps the same as the real (sour, bitter, icky) stuff? I cant bring myself to drink REAL cranberry juice. If it doesnt help what other foods and drinks can i have that will make me taste sweeter.
Also, how long does it take for my juices to start tasting sweeter ?

Cranberry juice will help with cystitis but it would have to be the real cranberry juice as the sugar would only make the situation worse. Pineapple is said to make the 'juices' sweeter, as also to avoid too much red meat, alcohol, cigarettes if you smoke and have also heard asparagus is bad! basically eat healthy and drink 8 glasses of water a day.
