Question: Does too much water make you tired or sleepy?
I was just wondering if you drink a lot of water within a short period of time could you get drowsy.

sure -your body is digesting & processing it. if you feel this way often, see your doctor.



No. Water is what makes up at least 60% of the body. Though taking hot baths or hot showers can make you drowsy, there don't seem to be any other exceptions.



it makes you even more awake, as the minerals are healthy for you and cointain the nutrients we need that fuel our body with energy



no, water actually helps keep your senses up and running
