Is it bad to drink too much green tea?!?!?!?!

Question: Is it bad to drink too much green tea?!?!?!?
I drink about two small 16 fl oz bottles of Arizona green tea every day. I also have a cup or two of it from a big bottle, so lets go with 50 fl oz total. Everyday, and i mean it. Sometimes i drink more than 5o ozs..... Is that bad????

Try and drink authentic Japanese green tea if possible. Green tea is a good health choice and is a powerful antioxidant with compounds that can shield you from many harmful diseases including cancer and heart disease. It is now known that green tea improves cardiovascular health, reduces the risk of cancer and helps with weight loss.

The problem isn't with drinking 50 oz (that's only 8 cups, and some Saturdays I drink 14 cups), but with drinking Arizona prepackaged, presweetened tea. That 50 oz. of tea has as much sugar as three cans of Coke!

I would suggest switching to fresh-brewed tea. You can cool it yourself if you prefer iced tea, and sweeten it yourself knowing just how much sugar you put in. A good green tea shouldn't need any sugar.

If you are a Costco member, try the Kirkland Japanese green tea bags. Follow the directions _exactly_ and the resulting tea will be bright green and sweet on its own! (Mess it up and it'll be undrinkably bitter. Japanese teas are fussy.)

Well it's healthy if you drink more water than you do green tea. if it's low in sugar and calories it's okay to drink it as much as you do, but try really hard to drink more water than green tea.
:)hope this helped(:

if it has high fructose corn syrup or lots of sugar in it, it's probably counterbalancing the nutrients and antioxidants in the green tea. it's best to brew it hot, and drink it fresh.

nah, its got antioxidants which will help u live longer. Just make sure you balancing it out with some non sugary drinks and you should be fine- although you're going to need to pee.

green tea? nope, but arizona's not as good as natural. Just try to cut down the habit. (: hope this helped -
