Monster energy drinks?!
will drinking 1 or 2 monsters a month be harm full to me in the future or is 1 or 2 a month safe?

You will be fine if you drink a couple a month. They are really bad for you but if you drink them in moderation you will be fine. Hope I helped.
This is probably a pretty safe amount. I know people who drink more than 1 a day. That is when the bad health stuff would start to come into play. Just stick to a couple a month. It makes the buzz stronger if your not too used to it =)
