Milk is baby food...and it's yummy
Alright, i'm going to give you a definition of milk and then explain it to you a little more.
The basic explanation here is:
Milk is a translucent white liquid produced by the mammary glands of mammals. It provides the primary source of nutrition for young mammals before they are able to digest other types of food. The exact components of raw milk vary by species, but it contains significant amounts of saturated fat, protein and calcium as well as vitamin C.
People in this world consume 8 types of milk: Cow, Water Buffalo, Goat, Horse, Reindeer, Sheep, Camel and Yak being cow the most popular going goat milk the second most popular.
Another fact that many people didn't knew is that recent studies made had proven that milk had little to non benefits to the humans who consume it. By the contrary, consumers have to be careful with milk consumption because of the high amounts of fat, cholesterol, saturated fats and sugar that all milk products contain, which they are responsible for obesity, heart problems and high cholesterol levels.
Hope it helped!!

MILK IS POISON...
Milk used to be a pure wholesome food which when it got sour could be used in recipes and baking. However, the addition of preservatives and chemicals does not allow milk to sour anymore...instead it rots. Leave a container of milk after its "best by date" and see what happens to it...hold it at arm's length as you pour out the chunks of rotten milk. And when you are sick what it one of the first things a doctor tells you to do? "Stop using dairy"
So why start down the path of drinking packaged poison?...there are several, much healthier alternatives such as soy beverages and nut milks such as almond
Milk is good with oreo cookies and chocolate chips and cake and cereal.
