Can I use ground coffee and tea bags to make a cup of coffee without a coffee maker?!

Question: Can I use ground coffee and tea bags to make a cup of coffee without a coffee maker?
I've seen little tea bags filled with coffee before and I was wondering if I could recreate them at home. I think using a coffee maker is a pain in the butt because I don't like the clean up. Could I still make a cup of coffee if I just filled a tea bag with ground coffee and let it steep as if it were tea? Or would that be too weak?

You could always make simple french press coffee in a pot:

Measure out water & bring to a boil
Remove from heat and add appropriate amount of coffee grounds
Let steep for 3-4 minutes
Pour through fine mesh strainer

Rinse pot out is sink (grounds will go down the drain easily, or can be used as fertilizer). Cheap, simple, and easy clean up.

I roast my own beans and have seven ways to brew coffee.

there is a product like that.
