Yes, Cow milk or any milk can be indeed good but the real thing here is that almost anything taken in excess can be potentially dangerous to the consumer. Did you know that drinking milk as everybody quotes ''milk has calcium so is good for your bones'' shows little to no actual benefits to the human body based on a clinical research made? This is true. Dairy products contribute significant amounts of cholesterol and saturated fat to the diet (NOT GOOD). Even so, prostate and breast cancers have been linked to the consumption of dairy products because it has shown that increases a compound called Insulin like growth factor (IGF=I)
It is also said that the proteins, sugar , fat and saturated fat in dairy products can produce health risks and even encourage the development of obesity, diabetes and heart disease.
So in conclusion, yes.. it can be bad for you if you drink that much milk. You have a mental dependency over milk because it is your favorite food and aids you when you are in difficult times. Try to substitute that necessity with something healthy like fruits or juice or bubble gum ( these help!) and or drinking less of it.

yea i try to drink milk cause i here its good for you but everytime i drink it i wind of taking a doo doo 30mins later so i dont think to much milk is good for you
If it has fat in it, you'll get fat, but that isn't too much of a worry. If you consume an unbelieveable amount of calcium, I think you get kidney stones, but I'm not sure.
That is too much milk. Milk is fattening and loaded with calcium (which is good until your body gets too much). Cut down on the milk and start drinking more water.
