Five Hour Energy. I swear, that stuff works miracles. I took it a few times while I was pulling all nighters studying and it works like a charm. The first few times I took it I was working from 5-10p.m. then would go to the gym right after. I would take it at about 9p.m. and had energy to workout my full routine. This stuff is true to its name.
However, there are some minor side effects that last for no more than 30 min. at the most, but that is only if you take a ridiculous amount of it. If you just drink one shot of it, it will do you good.

natural black tea is good, though it has caffeine in it. Tea with Ginseng works well. Apples have also been proven to wake you up/give you energy.
Happiness...little kids a lot of times will inspire extra energy...or sleep 8 hours...or moderate exercise can give u extra energy, fruits veggies a balanced healthy diet...some teas do if u look at the box
