Question: Good place to study, drink coffee or tea, and hang out in Toledo, Ohio?

I am looking for a coffee shop or another place similar to study and hang out. I have been in the area only for a month or two. There are a few Starbucks, but there is usually no inside seating available. I am looking for something more local and relaxed. If you know of anything thanks.
