Sunny D has a LOT of sugar.
Think of it as drinking orange Kool-Aid(orange flavored drink) with a bit of real fruit juice.
It has real fruit juice, but it's still loaded with sugar.
Anything loaded with sugar isn't too good.

It won't harm you, but you may gain a little bit of weight if you drink TOO much, but even that's not that likely.. :-\

It's basically sugar water.

It's NOT orange juice. You are not getting any nutritional value from it.

Did it hurt you...not really. But if you continue to drink it in large amounts long-term, you are basically paying for high-priced sugar water.

Read the ingredients of everything. Indulge in moderation. Eat healthy. You won't have to worry about whether or not what you eat is good or bad for you.

Merry Christmas

i would say that too much of that particular drink is bad for you. i wouldn't say it's the worst thing, but there are definitely better drinks out there for you.

Sunny D is not even real juice. It has less than 2% of Any juice. It is all chemicals.

Not to mention all the sodium in it.

Drink REAL ornage juice.

too much sugar can lead to diabetes later in life. Be careful.
Not to mention is has no nutritional value.

I am a nurse
