having a wedding reception of about 165 ppl. Need to find out how much alcohol, beer, and soda/water drinks.?!

My son just got married Labor Day weekend. It so happened that when I talked with the people that hosted the reception, they had experience with a couple of local party stores that worked with weddings. I contracted a store that would deliver, pick up unopened bottles, and give credit for the unopened. They also gave advice as to how much of each liquor to have delivered.

My advice is to check with wherever you are having the reception to see if they happen to have a connection with a similar supplier.
