Can drinking too much herbal tea be bad for you?!

Question: Can drinking too much herbal tea be bad for you?
Even if it has no caffeine? LIke, how much cups of herbal tea per day is a reasonable amount to drink?

Answers:

Most of the time, no. However, some herbal teas sold as dietary supplements should be used with caution. Any blend with echinacea or St. John's Wort, for instance.

But for your most common types--mint, lemon, rose-hip, etc.--you can drink it all day with no side effects.

Herbal tea drinker.

No, you can drink as much herbal tea as you like. Especially caffeine free :) . I love herbal tea and drink it all the time
