Does coffee make you feel happy?!

Question: Does coffee make you feel happy?
As in, your at the shops, you buy a take away coffee with an extra espresso shot and you get that nice caffiene buzz that makes you want to go skipping down the escalator, no? well ok, unfortunately, im now immune to coffee, i wish it still had that effect :(

Answers:

There is something satisfying about that first cup of coffee in the morning. I cut down on coffee and limit myself to two cups a day. Last week I stopped at Starbucks and ordered a cafe Americano. Four shots of espresso over ice. I had forgotten just how powerful that caffeine buzz can be!

Yes it does make me happy. I know its not that healthy as advised but I'm just human. I try my very best to limit my coffee drinking. So I made the decision to limit myself to drinking only 3 cups a day. I make my own coffee so I kind of mix and discover new tastes. some say its cheaper this way but some find it expensive but at least I learn and discover new tastes.

Just like you, I miss the rush I once feel (so alive and kicking). But in some way, making my own coffee has compensated for that feeling because I'm happy to discover new tastes and home made recipes making my own coffee. The experience for me is satisfying.

Hope this helps.

yes I get what you mean about coffee which is why I mainly drink decaf coffee now as it is still the great coffee kick with out all the hassles of caffeine. I enjoy a decent cup of coffee regularly from a cafe

i think coffee os nasty. it makes me feel like i want to barf. the only coffee that i like is the 1 that has chocolate cream in it.

it's probably the adrenaline in it that's making you feel that way
