if I freeze my stainless steel water bottle with carbonated soda in it would there be any problems?!

Question: If I freeze my stainless steel water bottle with carbonated soda in it would there be any problems?
Any problems to the bottle? Im gonna leave a little bit out for room to expand.

Im thinking since the sugar acts as an anti freeze it would expand but do nothing to the bottle since the ice particles wouldnt stick together.

Answers:

It will burst. The bottle will contract, but the ice will expand in all directions, widthways as well as into the room you leave. I have seen frozen aluminium beer cans - messy!
