Kool Aid it's one of the most artificial and full of sugar and sweet fats drinks out there, and the tea tastes awful. Have a Mountain Dew or a Monster/Rockstar energy drink and be happy.
neither really they are both with sugar i guess Koo laid is a little better it does not have caffeine
Both are just sugar. I would go with the Iced tea if you have to though
