Also you can't refill them because that puts chemicals in the water bottle

You can always take the money you get by recycling them in those machines in the market and do something fun with that, or you can build something like a chair or couch and sell it to some Eco-maniac (which we all know there are out there).
You are right. Those water bottles are not meant to be washed and reused. I would recycle them. Idk how you think you are going to have fun with a closet full of trash. I guess we have different ideas of fun.
you should recycle them... there really isn't anything else you can do. or you can make those tornado things out of them :D
Why would you collect empty water bottles and not have a plan for them?
I take my water bottles out back and practice my airsoft gun aiming with them.
